Costume and fancy dress expert Smiffys is placing a strong focus on World Book Day, which is taking place this year on Thursday 7 March, 2019.
Continuing its strong association with children’s literary licences, Smiffys has extended its range of officially licensed children’s costumes and accessory kits.
