Folat and Riethmüller Europe join forces

Folat and Riethmüller Europe (formerly trading as Amscan Europe) have announced a joint venture, commencing immediately.

Folat and Riethmüller say that the move cements their position as the market leader in the European party industry. The partnership leverages the strengths of both companies, driving unprecedented innovation, operational excellence and customer value.

By combining Folat’s expertise in on-trend product and concept development for private label collections, with Riethmüller’s product variety and strong portfolio of licences, the joint venture will deliver enhanced solutions, improved efficiency and expanded market coverage. This collaboration is set to redefine industry standards and accelerate growth across all markets.

Following a challenging period, the joint venture marks not just a milestone for both companies, but a major step forward for customers and partners alike.
