Rubie’s T-Rex costume goes viral again

Rubie’s inflatable T-Rex costume has once again taken social media by storm as its latest incarnation has seen it dominating newsfeeds across the world.

The popular Jurassic World T-Rex costume has been attracting attention since it was first released last year, and even has its very own YouTube channel TREX Tuesdays, which is followed by over 550,000 people.

The latest image to capture the media’s attention was posted on a personal Facebook page after Christina Meador chose to wear the costume to her sister’s wedding.

“I was trying to think of something that I would be willing to wear more than once and thought to myself, ‘Well, she did say wear anything, and if I’m spending more than $50, I want it to be a dinosaur costume, because they’re fantastic and I’ve always wanted one,” she explained.

Christina shared a photo from the big day on Facebook, which has since been shared over 38,000 times and has attracted over 20,000 comments, while the Daily Mail report on the story has been shared over 70,000 times.
