Rubies signs The Boys

Rubies has elevated its superhero range with the Emmy-winning Amazon Prime television series, The Boys.

The new adult range of deluxe costumes is inspired by two superheroes who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as gods. Soar into action as the most powerful Supe on Earth, Homelander, or the fresh-faced deuteragonist member of the Boys, Starlight.

The Boys is a dark satirical take on living in a world with superheroes, boosted with jaw-dropping twists and turns, this captivating comic series has consistently ranked top 5 on Amazon Prime since 2019.

Fran Hales, head of portfolio and marketing at Rubies commented: “We are adding another super heavy weight for adult costumes with The Boys. The hype is huge for Season 4 and we understand Season 5 has already been green lit as the franchise shows no signs of slowing down.

“These styles are epically designed and have already been a huge hit in other territories. We are delighted to roll them out to the UK in time for Halloween. We have high hopes for our adult portfolio this year and anticipate both Homelander and Starlight to be key performing costumes.”

Rubies officially licensed The Boys costumes are available soon to pre-order for trade customers. Contact a member of customer services to find out more.
