Robin Dent has joined the company’s expanding accounts team from his previous role at Hornby Hobbies.

With almost three years’ experience in his previous role as senior account manager at Hornby Hobbies, Robin brings a wealth of experience of all areas of account management to the new role. He also held positions including senior account manager at Kids II and Mattel.

At Rubies, Robin will manage the day-to-day relationship with national accounts, while also focusing on their growth and expansion, aligning with the company’s 365 business plan.

Graham Gardiner, commercial director for the UK, central, eastern and northern Europe, commented: “With our national accounts department growing, we need someone who is experienced, proactive and consistently focused on sales, growth and meaningful business relationships at the helm.

“Robin Dent, with his extensive experience in senior account management, is a perfect fit for the role and we are excited to see where he leads this department of the business.”
