Party City to close Fairmount Fair store

American retail giant Party City will be permanently closing its Fairmount Fair (Onondaga County, New York) retail store on 31 December 2018, according to reports.

The store, which specialises in party supplies, Halloween and fancy dress, has been a popular fixture in the Fairmount Fair shopping plaza since 2010.

Store officials said Party City’s other Onondaga County locations – in Marshall’s Plaza in DeWitt and in North Syracuse – will remain operational.

Party City currently operates approximately 900 party and Halloween locations across the USA.
