Palmer Agencies extends sales team

Palmer Agencies has reinforced its sales team by appointing Ken Dearden as the company’s new North East and North West agent, covering the north of England and North Wales.

Ken brings with him over two decades of experience in successfully representing leading companies, where he has developed a resounding and proficient knowledge of market and industry requirements.

Ken’s previous role as sales manager for Global Journey has given him a unique insight into the needs and feelings of independent retailers and garden centres, while his approachable and amicable personality makes him a great addition to the team.

“We are delighted to have Ken as the star signing for our 2019 campaign,” revealed sales and marketing director Sergio Battaner. “He is highly driven and I look forward to working with him. I am very impressed with his ‘get up and go’ attitude as well as his excellent customer facing manners and experience. I would like to ask our customers to welcome Ken to the trade with a cup of tea when he calls in to see them.”
