Leading US wholesale party supply distributor Mayflower has acquired Hi-Rise Balloons & Floral Supplies, strengthening its offering across those categories.
The Hi-Rise Balloons & Floral Supplies business is now part of Mayflower Distributing, which specialises in balloons, helium, party supplies and food service products and has distribution centers in both Minnesota and Southern California.
Currently based in Austin, Texas, the Hi-Rise distribution will now be moving to Mayflower’s headquarters, which are based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
Hi-Rise employees have already joined the Mayflower team, ensuring customers will have a smooth transition and will be able to benefit from a combined sales and service experience.
