Last few places remain for Blackpool Balloon bash

Balloon decorators and artists looking to attend next year’s Blackpool Balloon Bash need to move fast as the March 2020 event is already almost completely sold out.

Sponsored by Qualatex and NABAS and  taking place from Friday 6 March to Sunday 8 March 2020, the three-day event has grown in popularity since it first launched in 2014 and is now a key highlight in the balloon calendar.

In fact, it is thanks to the event’s growing popularity that in 2020 it will be moving to its new home at The Imperial Hotel, a larger venue which will allow The Blackpool Balloon Bash to continue to grow.

The fun-filled event is aimed at bringing together like-minded people to learn from the best balloon twisters in the world and the 2020 event will be no different. Instructors include Vadim Shushkanov, Jackie Ochitwa and Juan Gonzales, while three separate competitions will ensure that there’s something for everyone to get their teeth into.

“Our goal has always been to create a great event regardless of experience,” said organisers Frank Sweeny and Daniel Jefferson. “And with the support of our amazing sponsors and delegates, we’ll continue to bring in star lecturers from around the world, ensuring Blackpool Balloon Bash remains a world-class event.”
