Former Wonder Group UK firms now officially in administration

Following recent news of Baaj Capital’s acquisition of assets owned by Amscan International, Party Delights, Ginger Ray and Christy’s By Design have now been placed into formal administration on 24 July 2024, via Interpath Advisory.

The deal is said to be made of of acquisitions made up of more than one singular firm under the Baaj Capital investment umbrella and reportedly worth just over £6,000,000, though full details of the asset purchase have yet to be published. Holding firms including Amscan Holdco, Wonder Group Bidco, which included investments from external parties are also now formally in administration procedures.

Former executives including Joe Hennigan, Claire Grasby and now Ben Spence have exited the business.
