The Balloon and Party Industry Alliance (BAPIA) has appointed Jacob Megram as its new events and projects manager.

Jacob brings extensive experience from Amscan International, where he worked closely to deliver an extensive balloon décor training program digitally and in-person, supported on the delivery of key industry events and the visual representation of the brand in the party and celebrations industry.

In his new role at BAPIA, Jacob will be responsible for planning and delivering industry events, coordinating major projects and supporting BAPIA’s efforts to provide valuable resources and networking opportunities for its members.

Jacob commented: “I am delighted to have joined the fantastic team at BAPIA, I cannot wait to support our incredible members and help them to achieve their business goals. We are an incredibly passionate team with a number of exciting events and projects underway…make sure you come and visit CAP Expo in March 2025. This is just the beginning.”

BAPIA is confident that Jacob’s energy, expertise and vision will play a key role in elevating its events and projects, helping to further strengthen the community of balloon, party and celebration professionals across the UK.
