Balancebest relaunches with new look

Established UK balloon and party product distributor Balancebest has relaunched its retailer-focused website with a fresh new look and features along with an overall brand refresh.

Balancebest, which first launched in the UK in 1977, decided to update the company branding with a fresh new design earlier this year, combining the relaunch with a number of updates to the company’s trade website.

The new revamped website offers customers a number of new services and features, including a review section for customers to submit and view genuine customer reviews as well as the ability to place orders up to 3pm for next day delivery in the UK mainland.

The new site also allows users to see what new products have been added to the listing with a ‘Recently added’ page, while out of stock products can easily be tracked with a dedicated page alerting customers to their availability. A wish list also allows customers submit ideas or requests for new products, lines or ranges they would like to see added to the Balancebest portfolio.

“We are really pleased with the new look and the new website,” said marketing manager David Sherwood, “and we’re excited to see what difference it makes to our customers. We are also running a monthly competition which will be drawn on the first Friday of each month, so it’s always worth checking in to see what we have in store!”

The new revamped website – www.balancebest.co.uk – carries a wide range of lines from Amscan, Qualatex and Grabo as well as accessories such as ribbon, weights, LED lights, pumps, balloon frames and confetti. Discounted prices are also available when ordering from the bulk buy section.
