Toy company launches self-tying balloons at New York Toy Fair

Toy company Zuru has launched the latest addition to its vast toy range at New York Toy Fair as it takes on the celebrations market by debuting the Bunch O Balloons Party which allows up to 40 balloons to be simultaneously filled and tied in under one minute.

The self-sealing party balloons are the latest in the Bunch O Balloons range and follow in the footsteps of one of Zuru’s current best-selling lines, the award-winning Bunch O Balloons Water.

“Bunch O Balloons Party takes the time and hassles out of blowing up party balloons,” said Zuru’s coo Anna Mowbray. “Like its predecessor, Bunch O Balloons Water, the original self-tying and quick filling water balloons, we’re confident Bunch O Balloons Party will revitalize and ignite the celebrations category.”

She continued; “It’s a game-changer when it comes to anything to do with party-planning, setting-up and having fun! As a mom of three myself, I know too well how time-consuming and challenging it is to blow up enough balloons to keep everyone happy.”

Zuru claims that the balloons are reusable, refillable and can be filled using a helium tank or an air compressor. They also come in a range of colors and themes.

“The same innovative design, production automation and engineering that made Bunch O Balloons Water a staple of summer fun is destined to change the party and celebrations category forever,” said co-ceo Nick Mowbray.  “This has been a four-year labour of love from our talented engineering team, who have completely automated the production process enabling us to bring this revolutionary product to market at an exceptionally competitive price.”

A number of sets are available to buy, with the Party Starter Pack ($29.99) including an electric pump, 48 self-sealing party balloons, a helium tank adaptor and a fast-fill hose attachment for other inflatables.

The balloons are available now at bunchoballoonsparty.com and will be launching at retail, starting with Walmart, this May.
