Fancy dress and party product expert RH Smith & Sons (Smiffys) has acquired escapade.co.uk, after the 32-year-old retailer entered administration earlier this month.
As one of the major creditors of Escapaders Ltd (in administration), RH Smith & Sons has acquired its website, escapade.co.uk. The retail shop and business are not included in the deal.
“Escapade has a long trading history and rich heritage and has been a loyal customer of ours for over three decades,” commented Smiffys’ director Elliott Peckett. “We are sorry to see their sad demise and we wish Pendra and his team the very best.”
