Read the January/February issue of Progressive Party online now

The January/February issue of Progressive Party Europe is now available to read online here.

We kick off 2025 with the annual Spielwarenmesse show (or Nuremberg to you and I) and it’s clear to see that the industry is excited to showcase innovative new lines and ranges, fresh new licences and more. Some of the party exhibitors at the show have given a sneak peek in this issue.

It’s then back to Birmingham for Spring Fair, which has launched a new greetings, party and celebrations destination to bring together the wealth of brands and suppliers at the show in one area for party buyers to explore. Event director, Soraya Gadelrab tells us about the plans for the 75th anniversary of the show in this issue, alongside another preview of ranges set to launch there.

Events such as World Book Day and Carnival are just around the corner, too. We caught up with some key suppliers for the events in this issue to find out their expectations in the pages that follow and the mood is really upbeat and positive for the annual celebrations.

As if that wasn’t enough in the first quarter, BAPIA has unveiled its new event for the party sector – CAP Expo. John Bowler and his team have some incredible plans for March and you can read all about it in an interview with him in this magazine.

2025 is off to a great start and although a little late in the day by the time you read this, Rob and I wish you a very happy new year, with all the success you deserve for the coming months.

See you at the shows.
