Balloon and party company Pioneer Europe has revealed a brand new mid-year collection from Qualatex Balloons, featuring a range of designs perfect for spreading some much-needed smiles and joy.
The fun new collection includes a wide range of new on-trend themes including rainbow designs, bee microfoils, as well as new robot and under-the-sea supershapes.
