Qualatex focuses on toy retailers at popular show

Balloon and party company Pioneer Europe is focusing on toys over the next few days with a stand at the hugely-popular Toymaster show.

Dedicated to independent toy retailers, this year will mark the 30th anniversary of the Toymaster buying group, adding an extra bit of excitement to the show, which takes place from May 21-23 at The Majestic Hotel in Harrogate.

“We are delighted to be exhibiting at the Toymaster show again this year, with Qualatex and Northstar balloons and Pioneer Party partyware,” commented head of marketing Julie Dommett.

“Over the last year we have successfully introduced our Qualatex Balloon Boutique programme into a number of Toymaster stores. The programme includes merchandising, marketing and training support, so the Toymaster show is the perfect place for businesses to come along to have an introductory chat with our team and find out how this can add value to their store too.”

Julie also pointed out why balloons can be a valuable addition to many toy-focused retailers: “2019 is expected to be a particularly strong year for licences with many toy-focused film releases planned. Stores can select from our licensed balloons and partyware ranges to generate additional sales and increase basket value in store.”
