Party Exhibitors Thrive At PG Live 2018

As the doors closed on greeting card trade show PG Live 2018, party exhibitors were singing the praises of the two-day exhibition.

While focusing on the card buying business, PG Live also played host to a handful of  other related suppliers, including party favourites such as Pioneer Europe, Neviti and Mask-arade, who were delighted with the response they had recieved.

“PG Live is the friendliest show we attend and we’ve had a really fun show,” said Mask-arade’s Ray Duffy. “We’ve taken orders, made some great new contacts  and have opened a number of new accounts – we even made a fresh contact over lunch!”

“PG Live is a great show, it’s really well organised,” agreed Neviti’s director Tracey Cooper.  “We’ve seen some really big retailers here as well as a number of international buyers, which really surprised us! We’ve had some great feedback on our designs and quality and we have some great new leads to follow up on. The hard work begins now!”

“This show is great because we get some really strong leads,” said Pioneer Europe’s regional account manager Michelle Stephens. “This year has been a great opportunity for us to show off our brand new everyday fashion party range as well as our premium licensed range, both of which have gone down really well with customers.”

The show attracts buyers from Paperchase, John Lewis, Scribbler, Clintons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waterstones, Oliver Bonas, Squires, Waitrose, WHSmith, Card Factory, Cards Galore, Harrods, Selfridges, JoJo Maman Bebe, Amazon, TKMaxx and Ocado, as well as hundreds of independent buyers.

Next year’s PG Live will be taking place from Tuesday 4  – Wednesday 5 June 2019.
