New licensed collection marks a decade of Ghoulish fun

A number of new mask collections, including exclusive licensed designs, have been released by US company Ghoulish Productions and are available through Creative Collection, who has been the UK distributor for the last ten years.

Over 900 Ghoulish mask designs are currently available from Creative Collection, with new ranges including the ‘crème de la crème’ of masks, Mario Chiodo’s Nightmare Collection.

“These are outstanding masks,” said Creative Collection’s Debbie Baker. “The head of dragon is so good it can be displayed on your wall, while the evil spider is a particularly extreme example which has been very popular so far.”

“When we first went to Nuremberg in 2009 we had never sold a mask in our lives,” Debbie continued. “It’s been a life-changing experience working with such horror and Ghoulish Productions are most definitely the best. Over the last decade people’s knowledge and appreciation have grown for these fantastic quality masks, which are often seen as collectables long after Halloween is over.”

Debbie also pointed out that licensed lines are really important to the Ghoulish porfolio, saying that; “The Creepypasta masks went down an absolute storm last Halloween and many of our bestselling lines are big horror licences.”

The bestselling licensed masks include designs from Hostel, Creepypasta, Clown Town, Hellraiser III Hell on Earth, Terminator 2 Judgement Day, Mr Bean and Judge Dredd.

Other new ranges from Ghoulish for 2019 include Perfect Fit and Urban Mask collections. Perfect Fit is a 34-strong collection of masks which include a harness for better fit and are made from a softer latex so they mould to the face better, giving a more realistic effect. The Urban Masks line is based on the worldview of a great city recreating an ancient environment and are made with a latex formula reinforced in black tone for greater depth.

“The Ghoulish brand is becoming increasingly popular and continues to grow year-on-year,” explained Debbie. Ghoulish’s innovation and continuous new designs guarantee growth and exciting times over the next ten years and we are proud to be part of that journey.”
