Memorial Held For US Party Legend

Longtime paper and party store owner and industry legend Lionel W. Eltis has sadly died at the age of 100.

Lionel, who passed away on Sunday 3 June 2018, was the founder and sole owner of Paper Shack and Party Store in Bossier City, Louisiana.

He opened the retail outlet in 1983 at age 65 as a second career, and remained active in helping run Paper Shack and Party Store until his death. He never gave up visiting the store and his private office.
