An all-new retailer education programme has been announced by the Halloween & Party Expo for next year’s show.
Taking place from 12 – 15 January, 2018 at the Ernest Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, show organisers Urban Expositions will be partnering with Retail Minded for the third year running.
The new-look H&P Expo retail programme has been developed in response to buyer feedback, ensuring that attendees can take part for free as part of their show registration. Retail Minded – which offers cutting-edge education for independent retailers – will provide buyers and store owners with insights aimed to help strengthen their store operations and retail efforts.
Visitors can participate in retail panel discussions on the following issues:
- Across the generations: understanding the woman shopper
- Realistic omni-channel strategies for brick and mortar retailers: an industry expert panel
- Brick and mortar in-store experiences: best practices to strengthen customer loyalty, salesand more
- Tech, retail and why you shouldn’t be afraid: welcoming technology into your retail business
All retailers are also invited to participate in four new interactive roundtable discussions covering frequently-requested topics with input from key industry thought leaders.

This year’s Halloween & Party Expo will be co-located with HAuNTcon, the Haunted Attraction National Tradeshow and Conference and the HAuNTcon education programme will be announced in November.
