How to be part of PPE’s H&P Expo preview

If you are one of the more than 160 exhibitors currently preparing to showcase your newest lines at the Halloween & Party Expo 2020 in New Orleans, then read on to find out how to ensure you are featured in PPE’s exclusive show preview.

One of the most important things to consider in your pre-show preparation is marketing, both domestic and international and Progressive Party Europe (which has well over 7,000 readers and is published by the team behind PartyWorldwide.net) is inviting free editorial entries from all exhibitors.

As a media partner of the show, PPE will be running a full preview for Halloween & Party Expo 2020 in the December issue of the magazine, which publishes in both print and online well in advance of the show and will be widely distributed at the H&P Expo itself.

In addition to being promoted in the magazine, submissions will also be used to shout about new product here, on PartyWorldwide.net.

Sending in your content for inclusion in the editorial preview is completely free and extremely simple. If you’d like to be included, simply send through 100 – 150 words about your company, the new products you’ll be showcasing and what you are most looking forward to for the 2020 show to jacquip@max-publishing.co.uk by Wednesday 4 December 2019.

Please also send a high-res picture (one of your new lines or launches, if possible) as well as your contact details and booth number. It’s as easy as that!

Exhibitors interested in taking out display adverts – which will run within the preview itself – should contact Rob Willis at robw@max-publishing.co.uk for more information. It is highly recommended that you let everyone know how to find you!

Last year’s preview can be seen here. Please get in touch with either Jacqui or Rob if you have any further questions.
