HCA makes final preparations for the Spooky Awards

The Halloween & Costume Association (HCA) is preparing to unveil the winners for the inaugural Spooky Awards, a celebration of Halloween’s most innovative and creative designs in costumes, accessories, and decor.

The Spooky Awards recognise outstanding artistry, craftsmanship and marketable creativity, honouring creators who have captured the true essence of Halloween.

The 2024 Spooky Awards will be hosted at The Halloween & Party Expo in Las Vegas on Tuesday, 14 January, 2025, at 5 pm at The Expo and World Market Center.

The exclusive ceremony will bring together industry icons, trendsetters and visionaries who shape the Halloween experience for millions each year. Media representatives are invited to cover this premier event and witness firsthand the announcement of this year’s winners.

The Spooky Awards received entries from the most imaginative minds in Halloween throughout the summer. Judged on criteria including innovation, marketability and trendsetting potential, the entries set a high bar for excellence, ensuring only the most exceptional creations made the finalists list.

With less than a week remaining until the ceremony, the HCA is extending a final opportunity for media representatives to join in Las Vegas for this landmark event.

If in-person attendance is not possible, the HCA is happy to arrange a time to speak with an award winner or its executive director to share the excitement of the Spooky Awards.

Media RSVP is required for access to the Spooky Awards. Press credentials and additional event details will be provided upon registration.

For media in-person registration, email caitlin.pinkerton@clarionevents.com or call 475-273-9602. For this event or to schedule an interview, please email info@halloweencostumeassociation.org or call 856-380-6839.
