Halloween 2019: The story so far

With this year’s mid-week Halloween date just a few days away, it has already been declared open season on all things spooky, with a number of high-profile parties and festivals taking place over the past weekend.

Local Halloween celebrations and high-profile celebrity costumes have given plenty of inspiration to those waiting for Thursday 31 October itself as well as round two of parties which will be taking place next weekend.

A number of celebrity costumes have already been the subject of much attention, with Kylie Jenner, Demi Lovato, Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale, Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B and the Kardashians all grabbing the headlines with sexy, scary and comedy costumes (not necessarily in that order).
