Grabo takes a stand on sustainabiity

Italian party balloon company Grabo has taken a stand on sustainability by installing a complete solar power system which will allow it to cut down the usage of non-renewable energy sources.

“We love balloons but most of all we love the environment,” said chief engineer Simone Imola, “and so we have decided to use the sun as our best ally to produce Grabo ballons!”

Earlier this year the company installed a 352 kw photovoltaic system that will allow it to drastically cut down the usage of it non-renewable energy sources.

The efficient panels work by converting energy via the combined action of the inverter and power optimizer, offering the best solution to maximize the production of energy.

“In a time of serious enviromental needs, we want to pave the way for the future and be the first company in the party sector to introduce this kind of alternatives,” Simone explained. “I am extremely satisfied that as a team, we managed to accomplish such a goal.”

All of the Grabo buildings will be covered by photovoltaci panels by the end of 2019 and the company hopes to further improve its enviromentally-friendly position in the future.
