Gemar reassures customers in light of coronavirus measures

Italian balloon manufacturer Gemar has issued a statement to reassure its customers and business partners that business will continue as normal, despite the current coronavirus measures being taken by the Italian government.

In the statement, Gemar emphasises that business is continuing as usual, with all normal production and commercial activities taking place as usual.

The Italian government has extended a series of restrictions to the whole country aimed at containing the virus COVID-19. These are precautionary measures which affect daily life and the movement of people. However, businesses including manufacturing and transport of goods are still able to function without any restrictions or disruptions.

As such, Gemar’s offices, warehouses and shipments are following the normal programming while taking every precaution necessary to safeguard the health of each worker as much as possible.

“Our company is taking all necessary precautions and is scrupulously following the directions received from government authorities and Ministry of Health,” read the statement.

“We are confident that all measures put in place will safeguard our country and get us through these difficult times. Wishing us all a quick solution as we continue to Lift the Moment from the sunny hills of Casalvieri.”

This is the first time in history that a Western democracy has placed an entire country under lockdown.
