Facade Academy reveals autumn training schedule

Face and body painting school Facade Academy has announced its autumn training schedule, with three top names as guest instructors.

Zoe Thornbury-Phillips will be teaching Foundation (Modules 1 and 2) on Wednesday 28 – Thursday 29 November. In these modules, delegates will be provided with a thorough understanding of theory, product knowledge, basic blending and brushwork.

The Crucial Classics class (Module 3) on Thursday 8 November will teach delegates how to perfect the basic techniques and expand their creative repertoir and will also be led by Zoe – as will Monsters and Superheroes (Module 5), which is being held on Thursday 22 November.

The Flowers and Flourishes class (Module 4) will be taking place on Thursday 15 November and is being led by Sara Reynolds. It will focus on swirls, sweeps, loops, teardrops, dots, fairy trails and markings of all sorts as well as a wide variety of flowers.

The tutor for the One-Stroke Breakthrough class – held on Wednesday 14 November – will be Clare Jeffrey, who will be focusing on one-strokes, split cakes, colour-blocks, arty cakes and stripey paints.

“At the top of their game, they are all highly respected and award-winning painters, as well as being experienced and effective teachers,” said Juliet Eve, owner of Facade Academy.

Bookings for all training modules should be made via the booking form on the Façade Academy website.
