Bristol Novelty offers e-fulfilment service

In response to the difficulties being faced by some retailers who rely on FBA (fulfilment by Amazon) for their deliveries, Bristol Novelty is offering a new e-fulfilment service – FBB (aka Fulfilment By Bristol).

With Amazon currently prioritising essential and key items for its fulfilment service, many party and fancy dress companies are finding that it is no longer sending out their products. However, as part of a newly-introduced e-fulfilment service, Bristol Novelty will pick, pack and post all its products directly to the customer’s doorstep.

“This is an unprecedented time for us all and it is having a massive impact on our industry,” stated marketing manager Fran Hales. “This is why we are doing our very best to reach as many customers as possible to assist with their order requirements in preparation for when we can hopefully all throw a big party.”

He continued: “We are taking the situation very seriously here at Bristol Novelty and are taking steps to safely ensure the business operates to support you for as long as we can. This includes contactless courier deliveries. In the event of temporary closure, contingency plans have been put in to ensure we resume operations as soon as the Government allows us to do so.”

In the meanwhile, now more than ever is the time to utilise our fantastic fulfilment services to ensure we continue getting fancy dress products out there to cheer up the nation. Our E-fulfilment service is easy to set up through our brand new HUB and we will endeavour to get your orders out the next day, when others can’t.

“We want everyone to stay safe in these challenging times and we will be there for all our customers when we all come out of this,” added Fran.
