Bristol Novelty embraces #fancydressfriday

Fancy dress and costume company Bristol Novelty has continued to embrace its Fancy Dress Friday campaign (#fancydressfriday) with a weekly Fancy Dress online meeting.

This week saw the management team getting into the spirit of the campaign with a variety of costumes spanning across history and embracing the Decades. It’s all part of Bristol Novelty’s wider campaign to keep fancy dress front of mind and promote the fun that can be had through costumes and dress-up whether working from the home or office.

“Fancy Dress Friday started out as something I did for fun in the office on my own Instagram account, however as a business we are keen to get other companies and the public involved either by dressing up for video calls, taking bins out or just because it’s Friday,” said marketing manager Fran Hales.

“It’s great that celebrities such as Joe Wicks have picked up on Fancy Dress Friday idea, by continuing to encourage everyone to get dressed up even if it’s as simple as putting on a wig or accessory. It all means we are keeping fancy dress front of mind.”

Fran also issued a call to the rest of the global party and fancy dress sector to get involved, saying:  “We challenge the wider industry to share their own Fancy Dress Friday creations and get into the spirit with us!”

If you decide to get involved with #fancydressfriday, you know where to send your pictures!
