Established balloon company Balloons By Reds will be closing the doors on its retail premises for the final time at the end of June, as it makes the move into a more spacious studio.
Having outgrown the popular balloon shop based in Brackley, Northants (UK), Balloons By Reds will be moving ten minutes down the road to operate from a studio premises instead.
As well as offering three times as much space as the shop, the new studio also offers plenty of parking, making it ideal for customers collecting large arrangements.
“We’ve basically outgrown the shop,” explained co-owner Mike Hurst. “We are doing more and more large scale designs and Saturday mornings in particular can be a struggle with orders and customers trying to move around the place!”
Mike – who runs the business with his wife Jane – also explained that the pair needed more freedom to close up whenever they need to set up decor at venues or make deliveries.
The new studio is based in Tingewick in Buckinghamshire, which gives the business a wider catchment area, taking in Brackley, Banbury and Milton Keynes as core areas.
“We close the doors at the shop on 29 June,” Mike continued, “and hope the new studio will be fully functional by mid-July. Once we are up and running we’ll be operating both click and collect and delivery services via our website, which is currently being redesigned with our new branding.”
