Balloon World wholesaler to launch this weekend

Based in Merseyside, balloon and party wholesaler Balloon World will be reopening in new, improved premises this weekend, as the latest business initiative from greeting and party stalwart, Richard Aylett.

The refreshed business – which will now also have a greeting card and gift arm for the first time – will open on Sunday 14 October at 10am.

Now with the capacity to offer more than 9,000 balloon and party lines, Richard and team have been building the infrastructure of the new warehouse – which will operate from an 8,500sq purpose-built unit just two minutes from the M6 (Jct 23) and very close to the A580 – for more than ten months.

“We are nearly ready and really excited to bring a totally different shopping experience for traders than they have been used to in the past,” said Richard. “Our rep Jason has been out on the road for the last two weeks and the response has been incredible. It’s been a huge investment for us, both financially and emotionally, but we’re confident in our ability to deliver a first class wholesalers with service to match.”

“We have just added around 300 Halloween party gift lines at prices that will enable our customers to compete with the high street giants,” he continued. “We feel with our buying power going from strength to strength we can really support our retailers with some prices that will hopefully make their Halloween scarily good – for example, we are offering selected Halloween foil balloons from 50p and Supershapes at £1!”

A new, affordable, Christmas party section will also enhance retail portfolios – both party and greetings – without breaking the bank.

The www.balloonworld.co.uk website will continue to operate as normal, while all greeting and gift enquiries should be directed to www.northwestgreetings.co.uk.
