Amscan opens partnership store in Gdansk, Poland

Balu Balu is the company’s 17th shop to open in Central and Eastern Europe.

Amscan’s partner had already opened its first 30sqm shop last year, and due to its success, had decided to look for a more prominent spot, with the potential for more space. The team decided on a store in the Forum shopping mall in Gdansk.

Covering over 140sqm, the bright and modern shop offers a wide range for customers of all ages, with a product selection including all key categories from balloons and party decorations to dress-up.

Ivan Bajkusa, team lead CEE at Amscan Europe, commented: “Seeing customers waiting in a queue to buy our products shows that we follow the right direction and that our conceptual approach prevails in terms of consumer behaviour and purchase decisions.”

Together with its partners, Amscan has opened over 40 partnership stores in 14 countries, with many more to come.
