Adams Gas steps up in face of helium shortage

Balloon Gas supplier Adams Gas has stepped up to offer its services to any balloon artists or party retailers currently struggling to source helium for their business needs.

With an ongoing helium shortage across the US affecting global supply and leading to supply issues and price increases in the UK market as well as internationally, balloon artists have been left unsure if they will be able to take on certain jobs or how they should accurately quote for work in the face of steep cost hikes.

Adams Gas has come forward in light of these recent developments to offer its services to anyone who is either struggling to order helium or has been subject to an unexpected rise in prices.

“Our supplies remain unaffected by the BOC and American issues, which enables us to continue supplies as normal,” said managing director Steve Adams. “Our refillable and disposable markets remain busy in the UK and abroad, but we are still allowing ourselves plenty of scope to take on more new business.”

“We have also seen significant increases in the price of bulk helium, but have done our best to reduce the impact of this on to our customers,” he continued. “We currently have large stocks of disposable and refillable cylinder available for instant dispatch, which can be with balloon artists in around one to three days, depending on the area and size of order.”

Refillable helium cylinders are available from Adams Gas’ large stockist network throughout the UK, while disposables are available direct from the company itself. New customers can either phone on 01843 220596 or email sales@adamsgas.co.uk for more information.
