Party Pieces considers sale

It has been reported that following the appointment of advisors, Interpath, Carole Middleton’s business is now seeking new owners.

In documents recently filed to Companies House, it was revealed that two of Party Pieces’ three financial backers had stepped down as directors. Lingerie tycoon, Steven Brentwood, and former chairman of Oxford United Football Club, Darryl Eales, have now left the company. American millionaire, Eric Anderson, is the only director remaining alongside Carole and Michael Middleton.

Partyworldwide.net understands that several party suppliers are interested in acquiring the business, with at least one registering its interest at this time.

Sky News has reported that a dowry deal is one of the options being considered by Party Pieces, as it seeks new owners. In such instance, a six-figure sum would be given to a buyer as part of efforts to offload the business.

The story also reported that in information circulated to potential bidders, Party Pieces has shown ‘some recent UK performance contraction during international expansion and focus on margins.’
