National Costumers Association launches Halloween for All

The US-based industry organisation is campaigning for people with disabilities to be able to enjoy the experience of choosing a Halloween costume.

NCA’s new campaign, Halloween for All, will encourage costume retailers to be sensitive to the needs of customers with disabilities.

The campaign will include a digital booklet providing essential guidance to serving people with disabilities, a webinar of the topic, and window stickers for shops to show that they welcome customers with disabilities.

More details will be available in executive director of the NCA, Ed Avis’ regular column in the upcoming Progressive Party magazine.
