The Gemar team recently toured the UK for its roadshow, during its first visit since Spring Fair 2020.
Spring Fair 2020 was Gemar’s tentative first step into the UK market, but 2022 saw the company make a splash. Gemar’s stand was decorated by Elari Events, the team led workshops with NABAS, and hosted demos by Gemar Master Vincenzo.
Next they moved on to the Blackpool Balloon Bash, where the company was sponsor and hosted workshops, ran the jam room and generally shared its passion for balloon art.
With the events complete, the team set off on the first Gemar UK Roadshow, where they spent five days touring, visiting a different distributor each day to hold balloon art workshops, each with a different theme.
Comments received from customers during the tour included: “Everyone was so helpful. The staff were so generous with balloons and so well prepared.”
After 981km, hundreds of participants and nearly 100,000 balloons, Gloria, Vincenzo, Gergo, Dominique, Clara and Grant have since returned home for a well earned rest.
