Gemar event plans on hold due to coronavirus

Italian balloon company Gemar has revealed that its upcoming event plans have been put temporarily on hold due to the current coronavirus concerns.

After attending a number of international events and tradeshows over the first two months of the year – travelling from Italy to America via Greece, Germany and the UK – Gemar has made the decision to reschedule a number of upcoming events, seminars and jams.

“Gemar had a busy start to the year with many  international events and trade shows with many more planned for spring. However, we are currently rescheduling events that were planned for March and April 2020 and have made the difficult decision to postpone many GemarDays amid growing concern of the global coronavirus outbreak,” revealed marketing manager Clara Vaugelade-Tafani.

Clara continued: “Great things happen when a community comes together and there is no greater community than the Gemar family. We are very much looking forward to setting new dates for the postponed events and to celebrating our 30th birthday in style, later in 2020.”

“For now our thoughts are with those affected directly by the virus. We will keep on ‘lifting the moment’ as we look forward to resuming our event schedule in the very near future.”
