How to be part of our dedicated H&P Expo preview, which will be running in the next issue of Progressive Party Europe and across PartyWorldwide.net.
With more than 300 exhibitors showing at the H&P Expo, taking place from 12-15 January at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, there will be plenty for visitors to take in.
One of the most important things to consider in your pre-show preparation is marketing – but it’s also often one of the most overlooked. By highlighting your new product in the Progressive Party preview you are able to give visitors a reason to visit your stand and make sure you feature right at the top of their ‘must-see’ lists.
Luckily, we will be running a full preview for H&P Expo 2017 in the December issue of the magazine and are inviting editorial and advertising contributions from all party and Halloween exhibitors.
The H&P Expo preview will include a show overview, exhibitor ads and editorial highlighting what companies will be showcasing. The magazine is also available online and the preview issue will be widely distributed at the H&P Expo itself.
Sending in your content for inclusion in the editorial preview is completely free and extremely simple. If you’d like to be included, simply send through 100 – 150 words about your company, what you are most looking forward to about the show and what you’ll be showcasing at the 2017 Expo at jacquip@max-publishing.co.uk by Monday 4 December.
We will also need a fabulous high-res picture (one of your new lines or launches, if possible) as well as your contact details and stand number. It’s as easy as that!
Exhibitors interested in taking out display adverts – which will run within the preview itself – should contact Rob Willis at robw@max-publishing.co.uk for more information. It is highly recommended that you let everyone know how to find you!
