GoDan offers ‘party at home’ kits for retailers

Polish party supplier Godan is supporting independent retailers, decorators and party organisers by introducing a special service offering ‘party at home’ kits.

As a producer and distributor of party product, GoDan’s priority is the wholesale market and as such it is keen to focus on ways it can support small retail party stores and decorators during the Covid-19 outbreak.

“Due to the regulations being put in place to prohibit mass events we were forced to switch our focus onto small home events,” explained sales manager Magdalena Wojteczek. “We realised that one thing will never change and that despite the virus continuing to spread, people still want to celebrate important occasions such as birthdays and other anniversaries.”

To meet this need, GoDan has launched a special delivery service which allow its retail customers to offer a door-to-door delivery service – perfect for birthday parties being held during lockdown or quarantine.

The local initiative allows retail party stores to provide their nearest customers with a selection of nice birthday items. They can order party accessories, pre-inflated helium balloons, decorations, candles or any other items ideal for small family celebrations and GoDan will deliver them directly.

“Although these are very tough times, especially for the party sector, we are happy to be able to bring a little bit of colour and happiness to people in this difficult situation we are all in now,” said Magdalena.

The system will be completely safe, with order placement and payment being placed online and contact-free door-to-door delivery.
