Façade Academy, which offers bespoke face and body painting classes, has released its spring timetable for the 2019 season.
In response to a high level of demand, owner Juliet Eve will be including a number of weekend and half-term modules for the first time ever. Façade classes are traditionally held mid-week, due to instructors’ weekends being taken up with their own successful face-painting businesses.
“Several of you have asked for weekend classes so that you can fit them in around your own jobs,” said Juliet. “This is a once-a-year opportunity, as weekends in the summer and autumn terms are too busy with our regular jobs – so take your chance now!”
The first weekend classes will form the Façade Academy Diploma (Modules 1 – 5). Achieve the diploma by half term under the expert instruction of guest instructor Zoe Thornbury-Phillips.
- Sat 19/Sun 20 Jan Modules 1 & 2 – Foundation
- Sat 26 Jan Module 3 – Crucial Classics
- Sat 2 Feb Module 4 – Flowers and Flourishes
- Sat 9 Feb Module 5 – Mainly Monsters
For beginners, Façade will also be running the Foundation Certificate (Modules 1 & 2) during half term, on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 February.
After half term the mid-week classes will return, with a full schedule including the ever-popular Beautiful Butterflies, One-Stroke Breakthrough, Tribal Techniques and Amazing Animals. There’s also the very useful Running Your Own Business module, which completes the Diploma Pro certificate.
Full details of all classes are on Façade’s website, along with the booking form.
