Qualatex moves WBC to 2022

Qualatex has moved the World Balloon Convention (WBC) – scheduled to take place in Orlando, USA in March 2021 – to July 26 – 28, 2022.

With many tradeshows and conventions announcing new dates for the 2020 season, the Qualatex WBC has looked further into the future and is addressing the fact that the pause in worldwide economy will have adverse impacts on all balloon and party businesses.

An official announcement from the Qualatex team explained that: “We realise that having WBC in March of next year would be difficult for many of you to attend, so we’ve worked with the convention venue to secure new dates.”

It continued: “We want you there! It is our hope pushing out the timing of WBC will allow you to rebuild your business and plan for a break to join us.”

The new dates also come with hotel rates of just $165 per night (regardless of occupancy), as well as a discounted resort fee.
