Asda offers 25% off World Book Day costumes

UK supermarket Asda is offering 25% off a number of children’s costumes in the run-up to World Book Day 2020, which is taking place next Thursday, 5 March.

The supermarket giant has dramatically reduced the price of a wide selection of children’s fancy dress costumes in the final week before the event, which typically sees children – and teachers – dressing up as their favourite literary characters to promote the fun of reading.

Parents can choose from a whole range of affordable costumes, with the collection available both in stores and online, with prices starting from just £5.

The costumes include a number of popular licensed options, from Harry Potter, Roald Dahl favourites and Disney characters to The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

The 25% offer is scheduled to end on Monday 2 March.
