UK newspaper highlights New Year’s Eve balloons

One of the UK’s leading newspapers The Sun – which is read by more than a million people each day – has taken a look at the best balloons for consumers to use for New Year’s Eve celebrations.

‘Happy New Year balloons come in all sorts of styles,’ began the feature, pointing out that giant foil letters and numbers in gold, silver and rose gold options are popular and easy choices which are generally well-suited to most colour schemes.

However, it also highlighted less traditional options, such as ‘latex balloons in different colours and styles [such as] marbled or confetti are also ideal for decorating a space to welcome the New Year.’

The article itself featured a number of products, ranging from complete Happy New Year balloon sets through to traditional foils letters and various shaped foils, ideal for a bouquet.

A set of 70 mixed balloons – including gold metallic, black, marbled and white and gold confetti balloons – was also highlighted as being ideal for creating a showstopping DIY organic display, while confetti countdown balloons were also on the list for anyone looking to turn the countdown into a ‘fun and interactive experience’.
