Balloon Market Buzz: talking to Chris Adamo

In the most recent instalment of Balloon Market Buzz, Greg Brown is joined by balloon artist Chris Adamo who visited the UK from Australia earlier this year.

Chris – who is owner of The Balloon Crew and Balloons Online – joined Greg to talk all things balloon and the chat begins with the pair talking about what advice and tips Chris would give to newcomers in the industry. He talks about the best thing to do when starting up and the importance of training.

“I think the most important thing is to put your hand up,” said Chris. “Don’t just sit there at home in isolation, because you’re not alone. There are so many people out there who are exceptionally skilled… who want to take you under their wing and help you along.”

He continued: “More than anything it’s about the networking – you can achieve real greatness through collaboration!”

The pair also talk about what other benefits being part of the balloon industry can bring and how it has grown and developed right across the world as well as some of the challenges it faces in 2019.

Take a look for yourself – and let us (and Greg!) know what you think.
