Scottish success at debut Bristol Novelty roadshow

The first leg of Bristol Novelty’s 2019/20 roadshow, which was held in Dunblane, Scotland, saw a ‘fantastic turn-out’ for the debut event, which has kicked off the ever-expanding plans at the costume and accessory company.

The event was well received by retailers who turned up to see new costume samples, the stylish wig range and all the revised lines offered by Bristol Novelty as part of its business evolution.

The roadshow is part of the company’s expansion plan to provide a better customer experience, offering competitive prices on all its new and popular products.

“Even with the sunny weather and Old Firm football taking place, the turn-out was fantastic and we were delighted to see so many customers turning up to support us,” commented marketing manager Fran Hales. “I would like to thank all who attended for their time as it was a pleasure to meet you all.”

He continued: “The roadshow presented the opportunity for us to showcase new ranges while allowing the wider team to be introduced to and meet our customers. We love catching up with retailers as they provide us with incredible insight but more importantly, it gives us the opportunity to establish what they want and need from us as a business.”

“Here at Bristol Novelty our customers are our priority, we know they are fundamental to everything we do and any developments we make here are implemented to benefit them. We want to continue working closely with our retailers to form long-lasting partnerships, as we strive to provide the best service and be at the pulse of the industry. We recognise that it is our responsibility to proactively nurture our customer accounts and our roadshow allows us to work collaboratively to support fancy dress retailers as well as ensuring all potential prospects are pursued.”

Dunblane was just the first stop of Bristol Novelty’s nationwide roadshow, which will be travelling around the UK over the coming weeks and months.
