Frightfully good Halloween & Party Expo 2019

Halloween & Party Expo 2019 has come to a close, being hailed as the most successful and enjoyable edition in recent years, boasting increased visitor and exhibitor numbers.

In a slightly later date-line than usual, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center played host to what was the most cohesive and bouyant H&P Expo for some time. This year’s feature-rich show included a Friday Night Fashion Show which was open to all visitors, with drinks and nibbles to enjoy while suppliers paraded their very latest lines.

Pendra Maisuria, owner of major online retailer Escapade.co.uk said: “The Friday Night Fashion Show was a really exciting part of my trip, giving me a chance to see the latest lines in action – I made notes of several featured companies that I will be following up with.”

Woochie was the Artists Battleground winner, with artist Jeff West.

In addition, the three-day show offered content across seminars and showcases, as well as the much-coveted Artists Battleground, which featured fierce competition between Woochie, Moon Creations and The Alcone Company. The eventual winner was Woochie, with artist Jeff West of Cinema Secrets creating the winning human art-piece.

PartyWorldwide.net caught up with show organisers Clarion events, speaking with Mike Carlucci, senior vice president of revenue and speciality shows and Liz Irving, senior vice president of marketing.
