NABAS reveals plans for 2019

Balloon and party association NABAS has revealed its plans for 2019, getting the new year off to a strong start with a focus on the industry, NABAS members and their growth and development.

The association’s AGM in April will once again be combined with a fabulous subsidised training day focusing on air-filled décor and centrepieces. This has been specially designed to help NABAS members to overcome the potential issues arising from the helium price increases and shortages.

Later on in the year, NABAS will be organising a three-day balloon extravaganza comprising of an ‘Enchanted’ big décor build, led by the very talented Tampilipe Corbelin of Switzerland. Taking place from 5 – 7 October, the build will be followed by a drinks reception on the Saturday evening and then two days of training from some of Europe’s finest instructors. So far, Carla Romina Finali, Rob Driscoll, Colin Myles and Chris Horne have been announced, with more to come.

The event will combine the best products from all NABAS-approved manufacturers, including Pioneer, CTI, Air Products, BOC and Amscan.

The event will also include a competition, gala dinner, international instructors and 4* accommodation. NABAS will be releasing more information over the coming months.

This event is open to everyone in the industry. To book your place, visit www.nabas.co.uk/events or email Hilary at info@nabas.co.uk
