Halloween spectacular planned for Newcastle

A Halloween party which is being billed as the scariest and most lavish yet will be taking place in Newcastle (UK) later this year.

Organised by Sage founder and philanthropist Graham Wylie, the no-expense-spared Halloween Spectacular, will come complete with showbiz stars, other-worldly entertainment and of course plenty of fancy dress.

The launch event was held at Newcastle’s cabaret club The Boulevard, where guests to the preview set a suitable spooky tone for the upcoming event.

The Halloween event will be held on the night before Halloween, October 30, and is being billed as ‘the scariest and most lavish party the North East has ever seen’.

With performers in terrifying costumes, guests are also being encouraged to take costume inspiration from the celebrity Halloween parties thrown each year by the likes of supermodel Heidi Klum and television presenter Jonathan Ross.

“Halloween celebrations seem to get more elaborate and outlandish every year,” said Graham, “and I intend this Halloween Spectacular to be the most glittering, the most scary and the most lavish of them all.”

There are 500 tickets on sale for the Halloween event, with a table for 10 costing between £1,000 and £5,000. Money raised will go to charity.
