The European Balloon and Party Council (EBPC) has sent out a communication to all its members thanking them for their ongoing efforts and updating them on the progress of the Single-Use Plastics (SUP) campaign.
The campaign started in late May and is expected to continue running until December 2018. The political approach is most important and influential with Members of Parliament, while the accompanying social media project is also running in the background to assist with influencing consumers and National Ministries.
“We would like to thank all members who have been campaigning with EBPC on challenging the SUP,” said EBPC operations manager Suteesh Chumber in the statement. “Your contributions are very much appreciated and only your contributions, whether financial, discussions or organisational skills, has made this possible. So on behalf of the EBPC, thank you to all contributors.”
