Amscan welcomes new member to licensing team

Leading party, balloon and dress-up manufacturer and supplier Amscan International has recently welcomed back Allison Moore, in the role of licensing manager EMEA.

Alli previously worked at Amscan within marketing and product management roles, where she was responsible for managing the product lifecycle for party and balloon ranges across both everyday and seasonal categories.

In her new role Alli will support Mel Beer, licensing director EMEA to develop and manage the licensed portfolio of partyware, balloons and costumes, becoming the first point for contact for licensors. She will also work closely with Amscan’s licensing assistant, Tricia Smith and the product, sales, finance and marketing teams.

“Having worked together previously at Amscan I am thrilled to welcome Alli back on board,” said Mel. “Her prior company knowledge, coupled with her strong organisational skills, product and marketing experience make her an excellent addition to the licensing team.”

Alli also commented; “I’m very excited to join the business again and look forward to meeting with licensors to develop our portfolio further. There are lots of exciting developments already in the pipeline for 2019 and beyond, watch this space!”

Amscan’s licensed collection features over 80 licensed properties from leading licensors including Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., Universal, Hasbro and Mattel. The extensive product selection contains everything from tableware and decorations to favours, balloons and fancy dress.
